What is it about the sun?

The sun or Sol as it's called in many languages is an integral part of our life. It gives us a constant source of energy and light. What do we have to learn from this amazing force of life?

Your light mirrors that of the sun. Bright and shining. The sun shines without abandon, it does not fret over what others might think or say. It shines brightly no matter what anyone else is doing on any given day. It may be temporarily covered with clouds or stormy weather, but it does not mean the light isn't present behind these occurrences. And when those storms and clouds dissipate into the ethers, the sun is still present giving love and energy to all it touches. Staying true to itself.
Setting time aside to breathe in a conscious and circular patterns helps you to clear the storms. It brings you back to your light. The light of your soul. We have all had moments and times when it feels as though that light has been smothered or blown out. But, guess what? It's never truly gone, that light is infinitely burning and steadfast as it waits to shine once more. Sometimes we need help to remove expectations, judgements, and imprints so that we can find peace. This is the gift of breathwork. Are you willing to show up? Are you willing to allow your guide to fuel your journey? Can you imagine what gift might be on the other side?
"You are not separate from the whole. You are one with the sun, the earth, the air. You don’t have a life. You are life." Eckhart Tolle
